These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MyQuickQuote (“the Service”), operated by Growvia Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using MyQuickQuote, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About MyQuickQuote

MyQuickQuote is an online software tool that helps tradespeople and small businesses create, manage, and send customer quotes digitally.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

4. Subscription & Billing

MyQuickQuote is offered on a subscription basis. The current Pro plan is £19.99 per month, billed monthly in advance.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

7. Quotes & Business Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of quotes, pricing, VAT calculations, and compliance with tax regulations.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
